 Request set-up step by step for fire works show

  1. Agreement

  6. Start Time of displays: e.g: 31st December 2003, 23:50 hrs – 1st Jan 2004 ; 00:06 hrs
  7. Duration of Display: e.g. 5 – 7 minutes
  8. Authorized representative of client: Mr.
  9. Responsibilities of each party:

 A.)   Caribbean Fire Works will procure and / or provide:

  1. One Pyrothenic display (s), all-aerial display, which meet(s) or exceed(s) state and local regulations.

  2. Workman’s Compensation for its employees.

  3. Pyrothecnics

  4. Transportation.

  5. Operator fees.

  6. Pyrothecnic Equipment.

  7. All necessary Permits (with respect to the show)

B.) CLIENT will procure and / or provide

  1. A safe and secure (as reasonably defined by Aruba standards)

  2. firing site which meets the minimum safety distance factors established by local laws.

  3. Police protection adequate to maintain said distance factors.

  4. All necessary permits.

  5. Sand (as required)

  6. Lumber (For set ground pieces)

  7. Barges, tugs and marine / barge insurance

  8. Communications equipment

  9. Security, including crowd control

  10. Standby fireman and equipment

  11. A safe secure loading facility for set up of pyrotechnics

  12. Next day clean up of site.

  13. Afls 1 000 000 Liability insurance for both bodily and property damage.

  14. Copy of insurance certificate will be required at the confirmation of the contract.

 

CARIBBEAN FIREWORK

DISPLAYS / WEDDINGS SHOWS

DISPLAYS 

Every Caribbean Fireworks Display has a good mix of color and noise. If you prefer more color than noise or vice versa, we can do that. Basically, we leave the decision of the duration and color/ noise preferences up to you.

 A Fireworks Display is composed of three parts:

  1. Opening

  2.  Body

  3. Grand Finale

A basic display consists of just the Body and Grand Finale, with an average length of 15 minutes. A full-fledged display will contain all three parts and will average about 25 minutes in length.

Prices depend on the type and length of show. Please e-mail Caribbean Fireworks Display to receive a quote for your show. For all Caribbean displays, we provide at least $1 million personal injury, property damage insurance. As the sponsor, you only need to provide a safe firing location.

Wedding Displays are now becoming increasingly popular and Caribbean Firework Displays, specializes and offers an in-depth knowledge in this area. 

The Caribbean Team is out most  weekends of the year, adding that little special extra to the Bride and Groom celebrations.

Our Wedding Packages, from the “Wedding Bell Range” start at an incredible $2000.00.

This covers all Fireworks, Setting Down of the Display, Firing the Display and $1,000,000.00 of Public Liability Cover. Once the show format is agreed, which will consist of a full written quotation outlining show contents and style, then we can reserve your date with a small deposit. Once this has been completed, you simply leave the rest to us; we can co ordinate with the venue concerned and take care of any safety aspects, which need attention.
